I don’t know how I missed this when it was in the theater. I had never heard of it until I saw it in the video store. Don Cheadle was great. There is a good balance of action and intrigue. The only problem I had with it was Jeff Daniels. It’s hard to imagine “Dumber” having an important government job.

This is a great movie. It's smart, relevant, intense, and captivating. Don Cheadle is, as usual, superb, and the story is terribly well-written and thought provoking. I highly recommend this movie to anyone who hasn't seen it.
